Founded in 1976 in Ordu as ÇAKMAKLAR YAPI MALZEMELERİ KOLL. ŞTİ., TURAN and BURHAN ÇAKMAK brothers started their journey in the construction industry by supplying and selling building materials. In 1987, they established TURAN SERAMİK A.Ş., one of Turkey's pioneers, to manufacture Vitrified Ceramic Sanitary Ware. After three years of R&D and investment efforts, the company commenced its first production in 1990.
